The HR Team is responsible for a range of HR issues including recruitment, payroll, employee relations, and HR Policy Development.
The HR Business Partner will support designated teams within the Council, providing accurate and timely advice on a range of HR issues including complex employee relations matters, staff absence, and performance management, as well as coaching managers in best practice people management.
If you have CIPD Level 5 and are a Chartered Member of the CIPD with demonstrable experience of managing a range of ER case work and a strong knowledge of Employment Law with the ability to assess risk and provide sound advice, we would love to hear from you.
