Maintain accurate records and databases, including customer and supplier information. Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and documentation. Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members. Handle incoming calls and correspondence, responding to inquiries in a professional manner. Support project management activities by tracking timelines and deliverables. Collaborate with various departments to streamline processes and improve efficiency. Assist with invoicing and financial record-keeping. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. THE PERSON: Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position. Strong organisational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Familiarity with project management software is a plus. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
