We’re on the hunt for a proactive, driven, and dynamic self-starter to join our sales team as we expand our member base and grow our spaces across Sussex. This is a consultative selling role, where your mission is to find tailored solutions for both prospective and existing members across your portfolio of PLATF9RM locations.
We’re looking for someone who’s detail-oriented and thrives on managing the entire sales journey—from the moment a lead lands to delivering exceptional follow-ups. You’re not about the hard sell; instead, you focus on meaningful conversations and building genuine connections, ensuring the right fit for your client and the business.

Purpose of the Role
* Drive occupancy growth by closing new business deals and achieving occupancy targets and KPIs within your designated area.
* Build strong relationships with existing members to meet retention goals and up-selling targets.
* Proactively prospect local businesses, leveraging our database to generate new leads.
* Collaborate with the Operations team across multiple locations to manage and convert leads effectively.
* Represent the company at networking events, fostering connections with local businesses and the wider community.
Role & Responsibilities
* Responding to inbound inquiries and finding the perfect product and service solutions to meet the unique needs of prospective members in your area.
* Nurturing relationships with our existing members to support their growth while spotting opportunities to elevate their experience through up-sells.
* Managing and strengthening connections with Brokers and Agents within your area to drive engagement and new leads.
* Building meaningful relationships with local Commercial Agents to expand our reach and network.
* Getting out into the community by attending local networking events to keep us front of mind for businesses.
* Leading tours and viewings of our office spaces, showcasing how we can help members Make Work Wonderful.
* Preparing and sending proposals post-tours and creating Membership Agreements to seal the deal.
You Bring (Experience & Qualifications)
* Proven Sales Experience: At least 24 months of experience in a sales role, with a track record of delivering results.
* Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively negotiate and make decisions.
* Networking Ability: Skilled at building and nurturing relationships with local business leaders, key stakeholders, and anyone who can help expand our community.
* Organisational Skills: Exceptional organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
* CRM Proficiency: Hands-on experience with CRM systems and a deep understanding of sales processes, pipelines, and managing data effectively.
* Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to think creatively and strategically to solve client issues and achieve sales goals.
* Adaptability: Thrives in the fast-paced, ever-evolving world of flexible workspaces, ready to pivot and tackle challenges head-on.
