Responsibilities:
* Preparing all H&S documentation as necessary.
* Undertake tower analysis.
* Undertake re-analysis of existing models.
* Build and analyse structures with MS Tower.
* Design and review of strengthening designs, and approval of straightforward schemes.
* Carry out bespoke designs including hand calculations including the appraisal.
* Act as lead engineer on project-related work, ensuring health and safety and site work are delivered to the highest standard.
* Running projects completely (technical, planning, and commercial).
* Project cost control, ensure that the projects that you have been tasked with are kept within an appropriate budget, maximising profit where possible.
Requirements:
* You must have a minimum of two years’ experience as a Structural Engineer preferably within telecommunications, steelwork, or bridges.
* Experience reviewing GDCs and completing structural calculations.
* A hard working and motivated individual keen to become part of a dynamic and expanding team.
* Ability to manage own workload effectively.
* Ability to plan and programme works.
* Knowledgeable in H&S requirements of projects.
* Ability to identify and suggest process improvements.
* Ability to communicate accurately, concisely and with confidence at all levels.
