Responsible to: Deputy Director
Hours: 37 hours
Salary/Hourly rate: £25,666 / £13.34

Background
Cambrian lakeside healthy living initiative was launched in August 2016. It was developed by the Cambrian Village Trust (registered charity) which started out twenty years ago (the vision of residents) with the aim of providing sporting opportunities for the community of Clydach Vale and the wider Mid Rhondda area.
Building on the work of the Trust, the Board has in recent years prioritised the development of healthy living and outdoor learning projects, targeting people who are not currently accessing these activities whilst at the same time substantially upgrading the facilities at the lakeside.
The organisation has a service level agreement with RCT adult services, called “Inspire”, to run healthy living programmes for adults with a learning disability.
We look at 4 different topics, these topics are subject to change with each cohort, each topic we incorporate various activities, classroom learning and experiences.
These 4 topics for this cohort are listed below:
* Life Skills
* Health and Wellbeing
