BRANCH MANAGER & VALUER/LISTER
STOURBRIDGE
Basic salary £28,000 negotiable
Plus uncapped bonus scheme and incentives
Our client is a well-established independent estate agency with multiple branches that guarantees high-quality personal service to all customers. They specialise in residential sales, lettings, commercial property, and land within the Black Country, Worcestershire, Wyre Forest, South Staffordshire, and surrounding areas.
The client is actively searching for an ambitious, motivated, and results-oriented individual who enjoys a challenge to assume the position of Branch Manager & Valuer/Lister at our busy central Kidderminster branch.
PLEASE NOTE: Applications from Senior Sales Negotiators with some basic valuing/listing experience, looking to take the next step in their career, will be strongly considered.
The successful candidate will need:
1. Minimum of 3 years experience in residential estate agency
2. Exposure to valuing and listing residential property
3. Knowledge of the Kidderminster area would be beneficial
4. Ability to manage, mentor, and coach other staff members
5. Strong business and financial acumen
6. Strong organisational and communication skills at all levels
7. Ability to work effectively in a challenging environment to deadlines
8. Results-driven, rising to achieve individual and team targets
9. Approachable, self-motivated, and team-spirited
10. Knowledge of the use of all Social Media platforms
11. Professional with a high standard of presentation and work
12. Fully computer literate with Word and Excel, etc.
13. Must be a driver and have access to own transport.
Main duties, in brief, will include:
1. Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the branch and staff
2. Research in preparation and conducting property valuations
3. Ensure all client instructions are clearly agreed, documented, and legally compliant
4. Presenting sales presentations and marketing strategies to prospective clients
5. Listing residential properties to agreed company/individual targets
6. Marketing and promoting properties for sale listings
7. Monitoring and chasing sales contracts through to completion
8. Updating and expanding the client's Social Media presence
9. Generating new business leads and pro-active market appraisal generation
10. Ensure compliance with NAEA, Anti Money Laundering, GDPR, and other property legislation
11. Ensuring that all customers receive a professional, efficient, friendly, and personalised service
12. Negotiate offers and deliver to a satisfactory conclusion
13. Increase fee structures to enhance sales revenue
