Role Overview
Vanloq has a great contract available with one of the world leading banks. This contract based in Sheffield will commence from the start of January through to July 2025 initially and is well suited to contractors who have experience of delivering projects within the financial sector.
The Service Quality Manager (SQM) plays a pivotal role in driving service quality improvements across the Service Line/Value Stream. This position involves collaborating with various stakeholders, including Development Managers and IT Service Owners (ITSOs), to enhance service management (SM) disciplines. The SQM ensures governance, quality control, and the development of tools and dashboards that provide actionable insights to enhance service quality, cost efficiency, and productivity.
