Description
Accurately process and track invoices and expenses.
Manage the accounts payable ledger and ensure all transactions are up-to-date.
Perform monthly reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
Maintain strong relationships with suppliers.
Prepare and present regular reports on payable status.
Coordinate with other accounting team members to ensure efficient workflow.
Comply with all financial policies and regulations.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives within the department.Profile
A successful Accounts Payable Assistant should have:
An educational background in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office, particularly Excel.
Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

A strong understanding of accounts payable processes.
