Detailed Job Description and Main Responsibilities
Working closely with the inpatient operational team, the role will be heavily focused on delivering patient flow through Pathway 2 and specialist rehabilitation beds, working closely with key stakeholders such as local acute partners, local authorities, and the ICB, and leading on challenging complex discharge issues whilst ensuring the necessary level of therapeutic intervention is delivered.
