Job Description
* Provide comprehensive support to the senior leadership team.
* Manage and coordinate diaries effectively.
* Organise and prepare for meetings and events.
* Coordinate with other team members to ensure smooth operations.
* Handle confidential information with discretion.
* Ensure compliance with organisation's policies and procedures.
* Contribute to the overall success of the Secretarial & Business Support department.
* Participate actively in departmental and organisation-wide initiatives
The Successful Applicant
A successful Executive Assistant should have:
* A degree or equivalent qualification.
* Experience in a similar role within the Not For Profit sector.
* Excellent organisational and administrative skills.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in using MS Office and other relevant software.
* An ability to handle confidential information with discretion
