Job Title: Parts Advisor
In this customer-facing role, you will plan and coordinate the dealership's Parts sales to meet customer requirements and maximize sales volumes and margins. You will build rapport with customers, communicating via telephone and face-to-face to understand their needs and guide them towards suitable products.
You will also be responsible for ordering parts on behalf of the Service team, maintaining stock and accessory levels, and completing relevant administration such as customer records and invoicing.
To be considered for this role, you must have previous motor industry experience.

* Hold a full, clean UK Driving Licence.
