Job Duties: Assisting the teaching staff in the classroom Supporting students with learning activities Providing one-on-one support to students with special educational needs Assisting with behaviour management in the classroom Helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment Required Qualifications: Minimum of GCSEs in English and Maths Previous experience working with children or young people Experience/Skills Experience in behaviour management Experience working with students with special educational needs (SEN) Proactive attitude and ability to work well in a team Preferred Qualifications: Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification Additional SEN training or qualifications If you are interested in the role please apply with your CV highlighting your relevant experience All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
