Teaching Assistant Required – Full-Time Position

Start Date: February Half Term
An exciting opportunity has arisen at one of our SEN (Special Educational Needs) schools in Wimborne for a full-time Teaching Assistant to join our dedicated team. The school cater for pupils aged 4-19 with complex needs, learning difficulties, and autism.
About the Role:
* Full-time, starting from February half term
* Support students on a 1:1 basis and in small groups
* Assist in the delivery of tailored learning plans and activities
* Help with personal care where necessary and promote independence
* Be a positive role model and provide a nurturing environment
What We’re Looking For:
* Passionate about working with children and young people with special educational needs
* Patient, caring, and compassionate nature
* Excellent communication skills
* Experience working with children with autism or complex needs (desirable but not essential)
* A willingness to learn and develop new skills

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
