The Data Analyst is a role designed to provide a comprehensive information management service in support of all directorates of the organisation and external clients of the Information Analytics Team. The post holder will be responsible for delivery of the Information Analytics Business Plan, collating and organising data, and findings, across several priority projects and in response to requests from internal and external stakeholders.
Successful candidates invited to interview will be required to complete an analytical test prior to attending the interview.
This is a fixed Term Contract until end of March 2026.
The post holder will be required to have a NPPV2.

Responsibilities:
1. To work as part of the Information Analytics Team and provide support in delivering NHS CFA’s business plan objectives.
2. Providing an analytical service to all parts of the organisation by analysing data and interpreting and reporting on the results.
3. Undertaking complex statistical analyses requiring accuracy, attention to detail and frequent, prolonged periods of concentration.
4. Communicating analytical and statistical matters to non-analytical/statistical professionals, offering advice and persuasion on statistical techniques.
5. Dealing with statistical and analytical queries, assessing whether analyses are robust e.g., investigating data anomalies identified during analyses.
6. Establishing deadlines and providing ongoing communication of progress to keep projects on track and on time.
We have offices based in Coventry, Newcastle and London and offer flexible, hybrid, office and home-based working. In addition to the advertised salary, working in the London area will attract High-Cost Area Supplement where appropriate.
