The Ambition Coach role: We have an exciting opportunity for an Ambition Coach to join our team As an Ambition Coach, you'll identify, assess and provide holistic, targeted support to customers, working towards the achievement of positive sustainable outcomes and?provide expert advice and practical support to allow participants to move forwards. Key duties and responsibilities of our Ambition Coach: Support eligible participants through 1-2-1 meetings to review their situation and jointly set achievable objectives to assist the participant to move forward and achieve their goals. Work with participants to understand their barriers and refer to partner organisations to receive interventions. Ensure paperwork and evidence is received in a timely manner and in accordance with the UKSPF guidance. Maintain robust information in line with service requirements to enable effective case management and performance management. Undertake research activity alongside participants to find training, workshops or employment as identified in action plan. Provide expert advice and support in the production of CVs, interview skills and completing applications.
