Job Purpose: The Business Development Manager is responsible for driving the company’s growth by identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and developing strategic partnerships. This role requires a proactive approach to market analysis, lead generation, and sales strategy implementation, with a previous background in Plant Hire Sales essential. Main Responsibilities: Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and clients. Act as the main point of contact for new clients, ensuring a smooth onboarding process. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to tailor solutions that meet customer needs. Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies as needed. Acquire and maintain an in-depth product knowledge Track and report on business development activities and outcomes. Provide regular updates to senior management on progress and challenges.
