RedGreen Partners have been retained by a North West, commercial but values led organisation to recruit a Part Time HR Coordinator. Working 20-25 hours per week, this is a rare opportunity to join a small, collaborative HR team to support on all aspects of day to day operational HR activity. Supporting the HR Director for both the UK and European business, this role will include: Transactional HR for the full employee lifecycle HRIS support and promotion Assist with interview scheduling, preparation and support. Create induction plans and assist with running those for new starters Support the roll out of HR policies and procedures. Be a key contact for employee wellbeing Provide support for HR projects as required Support on internal communications To be successful in this role you will have previous HR knowledge at a similar level and experience of working in a commercial organisation, ideally with a European/international presence. Sound communication and organisational skills is a given and attention to detail and the ability to demonstrate a high degree of quality and accuracy in work performance is a necessity. Salary on offer is £28,000 – 32,000 FTE worked 20-25 hours, split over 3 or 4 days. Based out of their office in Chorley, you’ll be required to work max 3 days on site and benefits include company bonus, enhanced family friendly benefits and contribution pension up to 7%.
