Our client has been trading for over 30 years and they are now looking to recruit an Accounts Bookkeeper / Office Manager to oversee all general accounting and the day to day operational management of the office. This is an office based role working Mon - Fri 8:30 - 4:30. This is a highly varied role split between general accounts work and office management. Typical accounting duties will be: invoicing and order processing matching financial documents for customer and supplier accounts supplier payment runs payments & receipts bank reconciliation company card receipts and employee expenses Office management typical duties: Supervise daily office operations and ensure the teams efficient workflow. Liaise with multiple departments to ensure stock and order processing are kept up to date Oversee human resources functions such as recruitment Develop and implement office policies and procedures Communicate effectively with staff, clients, and suppliers to ensure any issues re dealt with in a timely manner to reduce any costs to the business Interviews are ongoing so apply now
