Office / Finance Manager Required to start January 2025 Band F, Full Time Permanent, 39-week contract, 36 hours per week We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and motivated Office / Finance Manager, who feels that they are able to make a real difference here at Barnston Primary School. We are keen to hear from individuals who will support our aims and ethos and who are willing to work as part of a friendly team. Experience would be advantageous but is not essential. Your key duties and responsibilities will be: To lead the admin team in school and line manage staff in the office. To ensure that information systems, pupil records and SEN register is well maintained and updated. To support the leadership and pastoral team in the administrative tasks associated with recording, monitoring and reporting pupil attendance. To carry out financial tasks including: invoices, bank statements, liasing with bursar, setting up SLAs. To maintain the school single central record. To support the recruitment process. To ensure effective communication with families, staff and outside agencies. To fulfil all relevant tasks as noted in the office manager job description. The successful applicant will have strong literacy and numeracy skills; be enthusiastic, proactive and engaging; be able to provide effective leadership for the school admin team through strong knowledge and experience of school office systems and procedures.
