As Facilities Support Administrator you’ll provide a fabulous responsive and customer focused facilities service which will include managing our post room. You’ll be dealing with all incoming and outgoing post, goods deliveries, as well as providing an internal delivery service around our head office. This is no boring desk job! You’ll be giving Postman Pat and his black and white cat a run for their money!
There’s lots more to do. You’ll also be supporting building checks to ensure health and safety compliance, creating security passes for colleagues, assisting in managing of on-site contractors, organising archiving of files and managing supplies in our HQ.
Typical day as a Facilities Support Administrator
* Providing a first-class post service and delivering an amazing service for all of our colleagues working from our fabulous new head office at One Strawberry Lane
* Managing all incoming and outgoing post and deliveries for our colleagues and our lovely tenants who share the building with us.
* Creating security passes for colleagues across the business
* Organising the archiving and storage of files and documents and anything else we need keeping safe and secure.
* Supporting building checks to ensure health and safety compliance.
You bring
* Excellent customer service skills, commitment to providing a fast, efficient customer service.
* Energy, enthusiasm and an ability to multi-task and prioritise workload.
* Good Microsoft Office skills and an ability to pick up other systems.
* If you have previous experience of working in a busy head office, managing admin or a post room that would be amazing.
