Architecture Initiative is hiring a Part 2 architectural assistant to join its team in London.
Architecture Initiative is a progressive, design-led, London-based practice, working across a broad range of master-planning, residential, education, mixed-use, listed building and commercial fit-out projects in London and across the UK.
We currently are seeking to strengthen our team with a keen, confident, and talented Part 2 architectural assistant to join us in our studio in London.

Candidates should have the following qualities and skills:
* Minimum two years’ experience in practice at Part 1 to 2
* Excellent design, technical and graphic skills
* Excellent communication skills – this is a key requirement
* Ability to take initiative in response to direction or instruction
* Ability to work well under pressure, prioritise duties and work effectively to meet deadlines while remaining calm and professional at all times
* Self-motivated, confident, and able to handle multiple tasks
* Good working knowledge of planning standards and UK building regulations
* Proactive and positive attitude, enthusiastic to grow and learn
* Proficiency in Revit is essential
This role is full time and studio based. Salary negotiable.
