They are looking for an Application Support Analyst to ensure smooth operational performance of their application.The Application Support Analyst will be responsible for providing first and second-line technical support to medical and admin staff at hospitals,Key Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive technical support for Microsoft-based applications and systems Respond to and resolve IT support tickets using Jira service desk Conduct root cause analysis for recurring technical issues Perform SQL database troubleshooting and basic query management Maintain and update technical documentation Manage and escalate complex technical problems Support system upgrades and implementation projects Ensure compliance with internal IT policies and procedures Required Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Advanced SQL query and database management skills Experienced in Jira service desk management Strong understanding of Windows operating systems Proven experience in application support roles Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory Familiarity with cloud-based service management Desired experience: 2-3 years of application support experience, preferably in healthcare or technology sectors Technical Environment: Microsoft Windows Server Microsoft 365 SQL Server Jira Service Desk Cloud-based support tools This role is onsite in Central Reading, and offers ad hoc remote work but not on a weekly basis.
