About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and skilled Teaching Assistant to work closely with students and teachers to provide targeted support in the lead-up to SATs. Your role will be instrumental in boosting pupils' confidence and academic performance during this crucial stage of their education.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Work with small groups and individual students to deliver tailored SATs preparation.
2. Support classroom activities in English, Maths, and other core subjects.
3. Assist in identifying students' areas for improvement and implementing effective interventions.
4. Collaborate with teachers to monitor and record pupil progress.
5. Create a positive and focused learning environment that motivates students to achieve their best.

Requirements:
