Linear Recruitment are searching for an experienced Resident Liaison Officer (RLO) to join our client in Huddersfield. The successful candidate will be a key player in ensuring planned/reactive works are completed to customers' homes. You will have experience dealing with customers face to face and coming to resolutions quickly and calmly. This is a fast-paced role, so previous experience working in a fast-paced environment is crucial.
Job Duties:
1. First point of contact for customers, engaging through face-to-face meetings, via e-mail, and telephone.
2. Communicating updates to customers, site teams, and internal stakeholders.
3. Providing a high level of customer aftercare.
4. Liaising with contractors.
5. Managing expectations of customers and site teams.
Experience Required:
1. Direct experience as an RLO is essential.
2. Ideally, you will have experience from a contractor in an RLO or community engagement role completing planned/reactive maintenance.
3. Must have very strong communication skills.
4. Must be able to deal with difficult customers in an empathetic manner and come to a resolution.
5. Must have experience in a fast-paced, high-pressure role.
