Linear Recruitment are searching for an experienced Resident Liaison Officer (RLO) to join our client in Huddersfield. The successful candidate will be a key player in ensuring planned / reactive works are completed to customers’ homes. You will have experience dealing with customers face to face and coming to resolutions quickly and calmy. This is a fast-paced role so previous experience working in a fast paced environment is crucial.
Job duties:
* First point of contact for customers, engaging through face to face meetings, via e-mail and telephone.
* Communicating updates to customers, site teams and internal stakeholders.
* Providing a high level of customer aftercare.
* Liaising with contractors.
* Managing expectations of customers and site teams.
Experience required:
* Direct experience as an RLO is essential.
* Ideally you will have experience from a contractor in a RLO or community engagement role completing planned / reactive maintenance.
* Must have very strong communication skills.
* Must be able to deal with difficult customers in an emphatic manner and come to a resolution.
* Must have experience in a fast paced, high pressure role.
