As part of the Graduate Development Programme, you will go through a structured development programme, including support towards an accountancy qualification. You will also have the opportunity to learn alongside the wider graduate cohort. What you'll be doing; Prepare financial models in support of regional reporting, model building and covering a range of business streams (e.g. Energy, FM, Water Treatment, Waste Management) Work alongside Financial controller, accountants and operational teams to identify and deliver accurate and robust reporting solutions to aid in management decision-making Support the business in the identification and integration of efficiency reporting tools Develop an understanding of the key financial considerations within the region to ensure correct accounting treatment of financial reporting Maintain a wide variety of internal and external databases, Google Drive and internal tracking systems Assist with ongoing and ad hoc projects including mobilisation of new contracts and dilapidation process for terminated contracts Provide ad hoc support to the local Finance Team as required Identify improvements in the internal processes and financial models Assist in producing monthly management accounts, reports and reconciliation of balance sheet items Assist in producing project accounting reports, liaising with key project stakeholders and monthly consolidated forecasts for areas of responsibility Attend finance and operational regional meetings e.g P&L and performance reviews, forecast reviews, and budget reviews What we're looking for; Degree-level qualification in an Accounting, Finance or Business related subject (to be achieved by September 2025) Demonstrable experience working with numbers (either financial or statistical) The ability to work as part of a team to deliver a common goal Experience in working with a range of digital tools (Spreadsheets, Slides, Finance packages) What's next?
