We seek a motivated and detail-oriented Service Demand Planning Associate to support our mission of meeting business strategic goals through effective demand-supply management in our technical services function.
Mission Statement:
As a Service Demand Planning Associate, you will coordinate the supply-demand balancing process to meet customer needs across the UK and ROI. You will be a vital member of the Service Excellence team, reporting to the Service Demand Planning Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilise digital tools and systems to monitor service activity demand and supply, identifying and resolving imbalances.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to address supply issues and ensure efficient service delivery.
- Support weekly Demand-Supply balance meetings with insights for informed decision-making.
- Ensure data accuracy and process adherence for optimal inventory management.
- Maintain proactive communication with customers regarding demand planning updates.
What We Are Looking For:
- A minimum of 5 GCSEs or equivalent, including English and Mathematics (A-C grades).
- Experience in demand planning or a technology-led environment, preferably in healthcare.
- High attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple conflicting priorities.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and strong data analysis skills.
- Excellent communication skills to engage with internal/external stakeholders at all levels.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Knowledge of UK and Irish geography is highly beneficial.
- Experience using enterprise information systems (e.g., SAP, ERP, SalesForce).
- A proactive and resilient team player who can work independently and thrive in a fast-paced setting.
Key Contributions/Impact:
- Ensure successful deployment of field service personnel to meet customer expectations.
- Identify and escalate recurring demand planning issues until resolved.
- Contribute to supply chain process improvements focusing on continuous learning and development.
