Role Description
This is a paid role for a Conscious Salesperson who works remotely. The Salesperson will be responsible for building lead databases, conducting sales calls, drafting sales emails, and maintaining accurate data in relation to follow-ups. You will report to our operations manager and you will be responsible for managing the entire sales operation of the business.

* Significant Sales and Marketing skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and remotely
* Passion for spirituality and personal growth
* Experience in event promotion is a plus
* Strong organizational skills
* Familiarity with CRM software
* Must have significant personal development experience
* Must have significant experience working in social/environmental impact
* Must have significant experience selling to conscious consumers (see definition below)
"Conscious Consumers" = people who make purchasing decisions based on ethical, environmental, social, and sustainability factors rather than just price and convenience. Typically, such people are allergic to being manipulated and are thus highly sensitive to certain sales tactics which they would categorise as being 'misaligned'.
