The Role - Assembly Technician, Scientific Instrumentation
Our client is looking to recruit an Assembly Technician responsible for:
* Building and calibrating complex scientific instrumentation
* Receiving and executing work plans
* Performing integration processes
* Supporting engineering projects
* Performing troubleshooting, finding effective and efficient solutions
Your Background - Assembly Technician, Scientific Instrumentation
To succeed in this varied and exciting role you must be able to demonstrate the following:
* A background in engineering, electro-mechanical assembly or electrical assembly
* Knowledge of computer-controlled instrumentation, precision mechanical and electrical assembly, soldering and other electrical skills would be beneficial but is not essential
* Good problem-solving skills
* Ability to work under pressure, to tight deadlines while maintaining a methodical approach
