Role overview
As a Retail Optical Assistant at Vision Express, you’ll assist customers in finding eyewear that meets their needs. Your responsibilities include frame adjustments, repairs, fittings, and possibly conducting pre-screening eye examinations. You will also handle administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing customer inquiries via phone, and processing payments.
Your main goal is to deliver excellent customer service, ensuring customers leave satisfied with eyewear that fits properly and meets their vision requirements. You will contribute to our mission of helping customers ‘See More and Be More’ by providing tailored, effective service to enhance their visual potential and lifestyle.

* Have knowledge of optical products and services, including frames, lenses, and contact lenses, and promote them to meet store targets.
* Keep the store organized, stocked, and visually appealing according to marketing guidelines.
