Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Field Services Engineer. The Field Services Engineer will be responsible for field service, troubleshooting, technical support, preventive maintenance, and customer service in the coffee, vending, bakery, and refrigeration sectors.

* Experience in equipment maintenance and repair
* Strong problem-solving abilities
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and remotely
* Technical certification or relevant engineering degree is a plus
