Main duties of the job You will be a competent and integral part of the team, supporting the medical and nursing staff in the Emergency Department in the provision of high quality, dignified and compassionate patient care. Demonstrates willingness to undertake further education. Desirable criteria Care certificate or NVQ level 3 in care subject Extended skills relevant to role communicaton Essential Criteria Demonstrates good written communication Demonstrates good verbal communicaiton Desirable criteria Demonstrates patient advocacy and escalation of concerns Experience Essential criteria Recent experience of working in a healthcare setting.
