We are currently recruiting for a highly motivated and ambitious Finance Assistant on behalf of our client a cutting-edge growing organisation based in Glasgow on a 12 month FTC.
This role is all about supporting the Finance business function, and liaising with some external stakeholders and internal staff across the group.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Assist in P&L and Balance Sheet activity
2. Revenue analysis including of sales opportunities
3. Revenue accrual management, postings and reconciliations
4. Support activity to review and manage aged debt position
5. Management and anaylsis of costs within the P&L including intercompany postings, accruals and prepayments
6. Analysis of intercompany charges including review of abort charges and job count analysis
7. Preparation of balance sheet reconciliations and support with P&L variance analysis
8. Delivery of regular management reporting to management team
