A leading entertainment firm have an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR Manager on a part time basis. Ideally suited to a HR professional seeking an opportunity for 3 days a week (hybrid working offered), this role is newly created due continued business success. Supporting senior stakeholders this position will take full responsibility for the HR function offering full autonomy whilst developing processes and procedures. Key responsibilities:
* Lead the successful on-boarding process of new employees providing advice on recruitment and selection strategies
* To oversee and supervise all HR administration day-to-day tasks and processes
* Streamline and automate processes and systems to drive continuous improvement
* Update of company HR policies and promoting their distribution and communication, ensuring they are up to date with current legislation
* Provide expertise and support in all employee relations cases to senior management
* Coach and mentor line managers to deal effectively with both conduct and capability issues
The successful candidate:
* Minimum 5 years HR experience
* CIPD qualified beneficial but not essential
* Up-to-date knowledge of UK employment law and best practice
* Able to provide a pragmatic and commercial HR advice
* Excellent communication skills
