An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Patient Relations Team, to provide admin and clerical support and assist the Patient Relations Officers in the management of complaints and enquires received from the service users within Forth Valley. To enter maintain and retrieve data held in the department database (Safeguard) for NHS Forth Valley.
The post holder must have good customer service skills. Experience using the Safeguard system, and good knowledge and experience of using Microsoft Office.
