Escape Recruitment Services Commercial Division are currently recruiting for a technical distribution organisation based in the West Lothian area.
We have an excellent opportunity for an Account Manager to join their Sales team on a permanent basis. This will be a site-based sales role with the opportunity to work hybrid. You will provide account management responsibilities for a portfolio of key customers, you will provide product information, availability and pricing whilst building strong relationships in order to identify sales opportunities and increase customer spend.
Responsibilities Include
Build and maintain relationships with customers, gaining a clear understanding of their business needs and future forecasting
Work closely with internal Stakeholders to understand business sales strategy and identify opportunities to grow customer accounts
Provide technical product specification, availability and pricing
Manage and follow up on sales quotations
Provide exceptional levels of customer service
Liaise and negotiate with internal teams including distribution, quality, procurement, logistics etc
Drive regular customer review meetings
Point of contact for customers throughout lifecycle of sales process right through to delivery
Achieve sales KPI's and revenue targets
Identify opportunities for new business development including scoping out markets and contacting new customers
