Join the OX Delivers team What you can expect from the role We are looking for a Vehicle Assembly Lead to help us scale the production of OX Trucks. We have an ambitious programme ahead of us as we move from development to scalable production and you’ll play a key part in making this successful. As part of the Manufacturing team, you can look forward to working on our next generation trucks, involving in the following: Low volume production build of vehicles, rigs, and sub-assemblies Diagnosis and fault finding build issues Working with the wider engineering & manufacturing teams to improve build processes Currently we have 2 technicians responsible for the build, you will lead our existing team members as well identify and drive our recruitment needs going forward. The experience you’ll need to be effective We’re looking for a seasoned assembly technician, lead or manager with experience in low-volume manufacturing. Ideally you’ll possess an understanding of automotive manufacturing, regulatory requirements and safety standards. To that extent, it would be highly advantageous if you have completed High-voltage training. You’ll need strong leadership and interpersonal skills and be able to give evidence of your problem solving ability. This is an onsite role at our Warwickshire workshop.
