Key Responsibilities
* Supporting client-facing teams with pricing and structuring commercial deals.
* Analysing and managing the commercial pipeline.
* Overseeing ongoing commercial relationships with key industry partners.
* Gaining hands-on experience in Fintech, payments, and banking.
* Delivering reports and dashboards on portfolio performance, competitor activity, and pricing trends.
Qualifications
* Required: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
* Preferred: Degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Mathematics, or a related field.
Preferred Experience
* Background in financial services or a commercial function in another business.
* Customer service experience, particularly in a B2B context.
* Exposure to pricing or quantitative analysis in sales and marketing.
* Awareness of regulatory and risk considerations related to deposit products.
* Strong interest or knowledge of the fintech and payments industry.
Skills
* Strong numerical ability – Comfortable tracking, analysing, and interpreting financial or statistical data using Excel or similar tools.
* Clear written communication – Capable of synthesising complex ideas into well-structured documentation, with or without AI assistance.
* Strong verbal communication & listening skills – Able to articulate insights effectively and engage with diverse stakeholders.
* Interpersonal skills – A team player who can build strong working relationships across different levels of the organisation.
* Analytical mindset – Able to interpret complex data and present actionable insights to senior stakeholders.
Work Location
* London (5 days per week in the office)
* Travel to other locations may be required on occasion.
