You will generate opportunities through a mix of outbound campaigns, including emails, cold calling, and LinkedIn outreach, ensuring a strong pipeline of potential clients. You will research and identify target accounts and key decision-makers who would benefit from the company's services, engaging with them through tailored outreach strategies. Additionally, you will arrange and participate in introductory meetings, presenting the organisation's capabilities and demonstrating the value of its services. Supporting the senior sales team, as Business Development Executive you will assist in generating proposals, managing follow-ups, and ensuring seamless coordination throughout the deal process. A deep understanding of the companys service offerings will be essential, allowing you to confidently communicate value propositions to potential clients. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of all sales activities in the CRM system, providing regular updates and insights to the wider team. To succeed in this Business Development Executive role, you will ideally have at least one year of experience in a sales-based role, preferably within a B2B environment. A background in, or an understanding of, software development or technology solutions would be beneficial but is not essential. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are key, as is the ability to build and maintain lasting professional relationships. You will need to be highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive in your approach, with the drive and motivation to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
