Are you an experienced Project or Contracts Manager looking for your next challenge? We are seeking a skilled and proactive Internal Delivery Manager to join our dynamic team, overseeing multiple construction and refurbishment projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality. This is a new role and will require the successful candidate to design, resource and mobilise a team as part of a matrix-managed solution within a wider Estates Operations Team. If you have a proven track record in contracts or project management, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects, we want to hear from you.
Qualifications and Experience:
* Proven experience in managing small works or minor construction projects.
* Strong knowledge of building regulations, health and safety, and construction best practices.
* Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients, suppliers, and team members, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
* Ability to read and understand technical drawings and specifications.
* Experience in financial management, budgeting, and cost control.
