Children's Residential Support Worker
Location: Swadlincote, Derbyshire (DE11)
Salary: £27,528 - £32,072 per annum (£11.85 - £12.65 per hour + £60 per sleep-in)
Job Type: Full-time, Long-term to Permanent
Shift Pattern: Rolling rota, 08:00 AM - 11:00 PM (including sleep-ins)

Responsibilities:
- Deliver care and support in accordance with Ofsted regulations, ensuring the safety, education, and personal development of each child.
- Foster a positive, nurturing environment where children feel valued and empowered.
- Work closely with the Registered Manager to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Requirements:
- Experience with Autism, ADHD, or non-verbal communication is advantageous, but not essential as full training is provided.
- Familiarity with Makaton or PECS is desirable but not mandatory.
- A valid UK/EU manual driving licence is highly desirable.
- Flexibility to work a rolling rota, including sleep-in shifts.
- Willingness to undergo an enhanced DBS and safer recruitment checks (assistance provided).
