Salary: £80 - £95 per day
Start Date: September 2024

Responsibilities of a SEN Teaching Assistant:
* Work with teachers to develop engaging and stimulating lessons that ignite student curiosity.
* Offer personalised support to students.
* Cultivate a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere where every student feels valued and can excel.
* Participate in ongoing mentorship and professional development to improve teaching skills and advance in the field of education.
Requirements of a SEN Teaching Assistant:
* Effective communication abilities for clear interactions.
* Valid UK driving license and access to a vehicle.
* Demonstrated qualities of patience, empathy, flexibility, and adaptability.
* Dedication to ensuring student success.
* Experience working with individuals facing severe learning difficulties or other SEN is preferred.
* Outstanding communication abilities and empathy.
