Our global IT client has an exciting opportunity for a PAM to join their sales organisation who are accountable for the commercial partner business.
You will be responsible for your ISVs partners' commercial performance. Your role will involve driving sustainable sales impact with your partners to customers, both in the short and long term. You will also be expected to gain end-to-end solution selling expertise. This role requires a strong work ethic, enthusiasm, optimism, and a customer-focused approach. You should possess a challenger mindset, sales management skills, and a deep understanding of technology and industry.
Your Responsibilities:
1. Partner Development and Growth: You will develop and execute a strategic and tactical partner business plan aligned with our client's goals and objectives for managed partners to grow their business.
2. Partner Sales and Acceleration: You will develop a go-to-market plan and co-sell execution tactics, lead partner pipeline reviews, and coach partners to transform their strategies around sales and consumption.
3. Partner Performance and Impact: You will be responsible for your partners' performance and accountable for keeping a regular rhythm of connection with executive, sales and delivery teams to identify and resolve blockers in execution, and to accelerate performance.
4. Executive Relationship Building: You will build a trusted-advisor relationship with C-suite leaders of complex partners and align their priorities, strategies, and goals with our client's to build mutually beneficial account plans and achieve strategic alignment and growth.
5. Partner Skills and Capacity Building: You will lead the integration of capability and capacity plans for your partners utilising the right mix of sales and tech training to upskill the partner.
6. Advocate for Partner and Team Mobilizer: You will represent the partner and lead the orchestration resolution to complex and urgent escalations.
This hybrid role is paying up to £300 per day, dependant on experience with a potential 5% bonus. You will also benefit from paid annual leave, paid sick, paid bank holidays, pension & notice period.
This is a PAYE contract to start ASAP until June 2025, with a potential extension through to a maximum of 18 months.
