Business Development Manager We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our clients dynamic team. This position will focus on expanding our presence within key market sectors and contributing to the company’s long-term growth strategy. Key Responsibilities: Drive Sales Growth : Identify, negotiate, and close new business deals to exceed sales targets, focusing on the agreed market sectors. Client Relationship Management : Establish and nurture long-term relationships with clients, providing exceptional post-sale support and maintaining mutual trust and confidence. Pipeline Development : Build and maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities, exploring untapped markets and expanding within existing ones. Innovative Growth Strategies : Leverage creative approaches to uncover new revenue streams and drive business development. Bid & Proposal Management : Lead the preparation of high-quality sales and tender documents, collaborating with internal teams (procurement, HR, QHSE) to deliver compelling proposals. Brand Representation : Actively represent the company at industry events, networking sessions, and high-profile meetings, upholding a professional image. Market Awareness : Stay informed of industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes to ensure a competitive edge. Internal Collaboration : Maintain open communication with the leadership team to keep them informed about sales progress and business opportunities. Coordinate with specialist teams to ensure alignment and compliance on all bids. Contract Documentation : Maintain accurate records and documentation for tenders, contracts, and re-bids. Address pre-qualification questionnaires promptly and professionally. Support Existing Contracts : Assist in contract variations and re-bid processes for current clients to ensure continued satisfaction and retention. What We’re Looking For: Experience : Demonstrated success in sales or business development within a relevant sector. Proven ability to craft exceptional sales proposals and deliver engaging presentations. Experience managing relationships with a variety of stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and operational teams.
