Job Role and Responsibilites: Provide full customer services performances to all clients, agents, FD's and internal complaints and/or queries, ensurig you respond and resolve complaints and/or queries in the agreed timing and with empathy To ensure all communication is clear and concise and ensure you stick to any agree deadlines with regard to sending updates Answering any phone queries Process plans using database, liasing with various parties and producing member documents Keeping database up to date with any changes Education: GCSE's minimum 5 A-C's Experience: Must have experience within administration and/or customer service (1 year is desirable) Must have Software experience using Microsoft Office Skills: Attention to detail Good communicator Good telephone manner Ability to multitask Good IT skills Customer service skills Must be able to commute to the office If youre an organised and detail-oriented individual ready to take the next step in your administrative career, wed love to hear from you ADZN1_UKTJ
