Enviva, part of the Sonderwell Group, is looking for compassionate and dedicated Care Assistants to join their team in the Norwich (Swardeston) area. The role involves supporting a young lady with complex needs, including assisting with her daily routine, going for walks, listening to music and stories, and engaging in various activities she enjoys.
Main Duties of the Job
As a Care Assistant at Enviva, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to a young lady with complex needs. Your duties will include seizure management, peg feeding, medication administration, personal care, oral care, pressure area care, and manual handling. The role requires experience in basic care, though training will be provided. A genuine passion for caring for vulnerable individuals is essential, as you will need to be comfortable with a variety of care tasks and work well under pressure in challenging situations.

1. Monday: 16:15pm - 21:30pm
2. Tuesday: 15:30pm - 21:30pm
3. Wednesday: 16:15pm - 21:30pm
4. Thursday: 16:15pm - 21:30pm
About the Role: You will be working with a happy young lady who has complex needs. She communicates with eye pointing and requires assistance with all aspects of her care. Your role will involve supporting her with her daily routine, which includes a variety of activities she enjoys, such as going for walks, listening to music and stories, having her nails done, and engaging in crafts.
