What You’ll Be Doing
As our Client Service Representative, you’ll be the heart of our hospital, creating a warm and welcoming environment for both our clients and patients. Your role will be key in ensuring smooth operations and delivering outstanding customer service. You'll handle a variety of tasks, including but not limited to:
* Answering phones in a call room assisting clients with inquiries.
* Scheduling appointments and managing client appointments efficiently.
* Educating clients about our services and treatments, ensuring they have all the information they need to make informed decisions.
* Managing client communication via email and other communication platforms by ensuring follow-ups and updates are delivered in a timely manner.
* Checking clients in and out for their appointments, which includes handling financial transactions and accurately processing payments.
* Light nightly cleaning
Requirements
Job Requirements:
* Veterinary hospital experience is preferred (2 years).
* Customer service experience (2 years preferred).
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Communicate and cooperate within a team setting.
* Ability to walk, stand, and bend frequently.
Schedule
* Monday through Friday, with both day and evening hours.
* Every other Saturday.
Compensation
* Pay Range : based on experience stating at $16 per hour
* Possibility of overtime paid at time and a half

Part-Time Benefits Package
* Scrub Allowance: Eligible on 1st day
* Maryland Safe/Sick Leave: 1 hour for every 30 hours that an employee works up to a maximum of 40 hours
* 401k: 1st of the month following hire date (21 or older), match after 1 year if minimum hours worked are met/maintained
* Health Insurance: (medical, dental, vision): Single and Family, will be notified of eligibility once and if the employee meets ACA guidelines based on hours worked
