Job Description:
Great opportunity to manage the day-to-day trading of discounters, convenience, and wholesale customers with future progression into a NAE/ NAM role. As Account Executive for an established multi-site food manufacturer, you will report directly into the Customer Controller.
In this role, you’ll be supporting the Head of Sales, Customer Controllers, and Customer Managers in the Sales Team by maximizing sustainable profitable growth across branded and retail own label products.
My client is one of the UK’s leading food companies that produce high-quality products across a range of categories for well-known brands and private label products. This is a great opportunity if you are looking to progress your career into a NAE/ NAM position.
You’ll support customer accounts across the discounters, convenience, and wholesale channels and ensure that all administration is kept up to date. Day-to-day, you’ll provide various sales and promotional reports, analyze and review market data, compare customer EPOS, review categories, complete NPD administration, and work cross-functionally internally and externally as needed.
To be considered for this role, you’ll need experience of working within the UK food manufacturing, foodservice, wholesale, or FMCG sectors with a proven track record of administration, customer support, or customer service.
You’ll need sales/commercial experience with an emphasis on cross-functional working and project management as well as a broad knowledge of product and process. You’ll enjoy working in a fast-moving environment, be able to build strong relationships both internally and externally, and have a track record of building customer/supplier relationships to ensure that the business plan is achieved. A strong competency in Excel and PowerPoint software is also required.
This is a remote working role with a weekly visit to their head office in Cambridgeshire and national travel as required.
If you meet the above criteria and are looking for an opportunity to progress your career in food manufacturing, then apply today with your CV or contact myself (Neal) directly to discuss further.
