Join Our Dynamic Team We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented person to join our team as a Business Support Associate. This role represents a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic team, supporting key business operations. This role will be offered on a part time basis, working 4 full days per week from 9:00am to 16:30pm. About the Role This a varied role which will provide opportunities for you to play an active role in a number of administration activities and continuous improvement projects. The day to day administration activities you will be accountable for will include supporting organisational activities such as board meetings; including all aspects of hospitality services. Ordering and distribution of all PPE; liaising with third party suppliers to ensure the correct workwear is supplied to our employees and visitors. Building management activities along with comprehensive building inductions which are to be in line with internal processes and health & safety guidelines. Ensuring consignments sent and received are managed in line with business requirements; managing the courier account accurately and efficiently. You will be responsible for recording, storing and tracking confidential and auditable company documents, ensuring it is available for independent inspection. The team provide a reception service to our onsite buildings. You will be the first point of contact for all visitors, screen and direct incoming calls to appropriate contact in the organisation, whilst also being responsible for all other tasks associated with the efficient management of reception. On occasions you will be required to cover travel and event management duties within the team. Your Experience We are looking for someone with excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally to internal and external customers whilst representing the company to a high standard at all times. You will possess good organisational skills with good attention to detail and be familiar with Microsoft office packages. 5 GCSE’s including Maths and English at grade C/4 or above are essential for this role.
