Job summary The Deputy Director of Finance & Investment will support the Executive Director of Finance to establish, lead and develop the core finance function for the ICS, the contracting and Procurement team as well as the estate/sustainability function of the Directors responsibility. Much of the central finance team will be within the leadership of this role and the postholder will play a key role in supporting the finance staff development agenda for the ICB. The post holder will support the finance and audit committees and will develop key relationships with internal and external auditors and Non-Executive Directors of the Board. Person Specification Qualifications Essential Educated to degree level with a Masters or equivalent qualification or experience Evidence of continuing professional development Full qualification and membership of one of the CCAB bodies.
