Join Diversey as a Global Corporate Accounts Manager We’re looking for a Global Corporate Accounts Manager to drive commercial excellence, develop high-level strategic relationships, and manage a portfolio exceeding $20M in a dynamic, international environment. Location: Northampton, UK (preferred) or surrounding areas Travel: 50% across Europe, Middle East, Africa, and APAC What You’ll Be Doing As the Global Corporate Accounts Manager, your core mission will be to grow and retain our Building Services Contracts (BSC) portfolio by working closely with global accounts and regional teams. Your responsibilities will include: Client Implementation & Retention (50%) Lead Account Rollouts: Manage existing BSC accounts to meet annual sales and margin goals. Strategic Planning: Develop and implement Strategic Account Activity Plans. Stakeholder Engagement: Maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders and influencers. Cross-Selling: Identify and capitalize on cross-selling opportunities. Service Excellence: Collaborate with local teams to ensure high-quality service delivery. Leadership: Host customer business reviews and lead internal cross-functional alignment sessions. New Business Development (50%) Opportunity Creation: Identify and pursue new profitable opportunities within the BSC segment. Sales Pipeline Management: Maintain an active sales pipeline using Salesforce. Value Proposition Development: Build compelling proposals, pricing models, and tailored service agreements. Negotiation Support: Support country teams in commercial negotiations and alignment with global contracts. Contract Execution: Oversee approval workflows (e.g., EP Deal Desk) and ensure smooth implementation. Your Profile We’re looking for someone who brings both strategic thinking and hands-on energy to our commercial growth: Qualifications 5–10 years of B2B sales experience, ideally within Facility Management or Building Service Contractors. Proven success in managing complex portfolios in a global, matrix environment. Strong financial and business analytics skills. Fluent in English (additional languages are an asset).
